Good morning, and happy hump day!

Fro today’s ipad lesson, you will be working through a series of grammar exercises to test your knowledge of the future passive tense.

1) In pairs (or by yourself), please go to this site and work through Practice 1 and 2. If you complete Practice 2 before the time is up, you may move onto Practice 3.

2) With a partner or a group of three, research an invention that has made a significant impact on the history of innovation. The purpose of this activity is to practice reading, listening to, and using vocabulary and language pertaining to technology and innovation. If you have not already done so, this will also help you brainstorm an idea for your writing assignment due on Friday.

With your group, prepare  a brief (2-3 minute long) presentation on the following to class following this activity: history behind invention; how it changed life for the better; physical description using adjectives in correct order and passive voice. You must also form sentences using the past progressive passive and the future passive (for making predictions about how this invention will continue to impact future generations).
